Isobel joined Marengo Communications in November 2025, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in politics and engagement, along with more than seven years in built environment communications.

As a councillor on a Berkshire unitary authority since 2006, she spent 10 years on the planning committee, including a term as chairman. She also served as chair of governors at the borough’s main special school for 15 years; and played a key role in establishing the primary school within the ward she represents.

Isobel has worked for SMEs and major clients on a wide range of schemes including mixed use, residential, retirement and commercial projects across the Home Counties.
